The EPITOME is a trickle down evolution of our flagship AVATON, crafted to deliver uncompromising horn performance for mid to large listening spaces.
Impressive Bass Precision:
With our innovative Virtual Mouth Technology, the bass horn achieves a smooth, flat response down to 35Hz. This is driven by a super-linear, robust 15-inch driver designed to deliver powerful, accurate low frequencies.
Advanced Midbass Architecture:
The midbass horn features a 6,000cm² asymmetrical mouth, constructed with triple-layered materials and integrated damping layers to control unwanted resonances. The horn throat is coated with an epoxy/CNT compound for superior rigidity and stability.
Elevated High-Frequency Performance:
Building on the renowned cast compound of our ANIMA model, the high-frequency horn in the EPITOME incorporates an enhanced driver for exceptional clarity and refined detail.
Meticulously Designed Crossovers:
The first-order crossover networks are positioned externally, ensuring optimal spacing of components to eliminate interference. By distancing the network from magnetic fields, and utilizing hand-selected, hard-wired components, the design prioritizes sonic integrity and reliability.
Exquisite Craftsmanship:
The internal wiring is custom-made using high-purity OFC copper with waxed cotton insulation, ensuring the cleanest signal path. Brass bracing components are paired with felt acoustic isolators to reduce energy transfer between the horn assemblies, enhancing acoustic purity.
Tailored Sound, Personalized Experience:
The EPITOME offers user-adjustable mid and high-frequency levels, enabling precise tuning to your listening environment. Additionally, the high-frequency horn’s beam angle can be adjusted to match your ideal listening position.
